been tyre shopping recently, and i'm down to 3 choices

Toyo Proxes T1-R $205
Goodyear Eagle F1 $220
Dunlop SP3000E $160 (on special)

whats peoples experiences with these tyres?

For 160 you cant go wrong with the Sp3000s.
That's what I've got on the Sprint, and they do a great job of reigning second in.
