Hey all,

Wanna swap my EA fairy interior over for EL interior and just wanna know if it will all bolt in without problems or will i need to do a few modifications? And if so what?

The items I wanna change are seats(front & back), door trims(non power window model) and the centre console(manual).


Thanks guys, got a few days off work at the moment so wanna do it next few days will post pics if its successful.

seats: fronts require rail modificatons (inside rear mount) i think the backs go in OK,

door trims require some tek screws for the arm rest and a swap to the EL linkages,

console is a no go, it integrates into the dash and wont fit the earlier cars by itself (although an AU one should)

i could be wrong, but didnt someone put an AU centre console into an EA? maybe it was an XF.

still could be an option for ya.

the out the console in a XF, but a AU one should fit if u dont have power windows
