I wonder if you guys will get a kick outta this one, i did, so take a man who learnt to drive in a v8, then moved down to a I6, now imagine his mummy bought a 4 cylinder, as you can guess, this was quite a downgrade for me, now i think the funniest part of all this was that its a kia, but anyway, so imagine you jump in the kia, give her a gutful and in about 2 secs find out shes got a rev limiter at 5200rpm!

funny story about the kia...the Max power of 105kw is acheived @ 6000rpm, tell me, does anyone else see the sense in providing a massive(as far as a kia is concerned) 105kw just to waste it by running a rpm limiter so low?...anyway, turns out this rpm limiter is a b**ch when your doing a burnout, i rips the poor lil thing up on the handbrakes flogs the s**t outta it, got her spinning very nice and controlled for about 15-20 secs, and the whole time i couldnt help but wonder if the engine was gunna pop cos it was sitting on the limiter so for so long...

anywho, im out
