Well I started fitting my whiteline gear, rear was no troubles and looked easier to do then the front. I love how things just fall out lets you know you done it right
![]() Ok so I started doing the front, I'm replacing the powersteering rack so that came out first, was pretty easy except the driver side bolt which is in a prick of a spot ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() So I now have the spindle with the upper arm attached as I think i'm gonna have to get a hacksaw and cut the thread on the balljoint! Hoping I'll have time to put it back together this week! Please don't tell me there was another way of removing the shocks and springs without disconnecting the upper balljoint from the upper arm? this is why ball joint removers are great tools...
it does however sound nasty. get a set of multigrips on the thread and the then try and turn the nut (on the bolt not the one standing next to you) |

You already had lowered springs in yeah, could have just undone the upper a-arm, swung it out of the way and then levered the lower control arm down a bit and the strut would have slid out fairly easily. But I didn't tell you that lol!
