whats the different between low and high series clusters? what does having the high series cluster allow me to do that the low series doesn't?

Slight bug, or inaccuracy in that doco. The speedo in my BF GT-P goes to 270KM/H. After 120KM/H the marks go up in 30's instead of 20's eg.
