everyday when i start my car for the firsttime i get about 2 sexonds worth of knocing from the heads. can only imagine that it aint doing it much good. anyone else got anything similar

nope itl be the timing chain tensioners, well known for these, ford released upgraded ones but yours should have been done under warranty
