EL mate its a newer car. they look the basicly the same dont worry about the rims just buy a set of mags for it.
buying a fairmont means you dont have the ugly front a standard EL (like mine) has.

Go the EL it has a lot of improvements on the EF - except the ignition yes. Wheels ant trims are much easier to sort.
