Post subject: std ecu: ignition, auto and new ecu control fuel

just wondering if i can get my aftermarket ECU to control the fuel only except for ignition and the auto..... eg: air temp, water temp, oxy, tps sensors controled by the new ecu and the rest by the factory ECU?
