Hey all

i have no idea on whats gone wrong or where to start looking

anyone out there know what would stop the speedo from working (everything else works fine in the cluster)

any advice on what to replace or fix would be great

First things first - put the cluster into diagnostic mode http://www.fordmods.com/forums/documents.php?doc=12 and see whether the speed is registered digitally.
Yes means the analogue indicator is at issue, no reading means there's no input from the g/box speed sensor.

also check the cluster plugs - i had one loose and all i lost was speedo/odometer
