painted brakes does not render the car unroadworthy..i know this for a fact.. not because i have it(i dont) but because up until 6 months ago i was performing roadworthy checks..

I think the cops are kinda easy going with mild modifications to a car even tho technically their prob. illegal. I got pulled over for drink driving a year ago, at the time I was changing the colour of the interior and dash lighting etc. of my mont. and had all the interior out of the car bar the seat I was sitting in and the steering wheel. The cop f**k me over for drinking after the breath test then gets in my car to park it of the road. All I got was a 'hang on a sec., what the f**k is going on here?' lol at it now not at the time, I was spewin, lost my licence for a year and $ 830 fine. Peace out...

Paint HOLDEN up both sides of the car in large letters so it goes from tailight to headlight and then put on a yellow strob on the roof.
