will a EL cam fit straight in a EB .the EL is not a hybrid just standard .

If its a regring dont forget the shims EA-D shims are a different size to EF-L shims

well i changed cam and rocker gear with the EL one from my wreck and wot i thought was main bearing noise turns out to be from the cam ,if the cam was worn is it possible the head is worn as well
