i was looking at getting oil catch cans but i dont fully undrstand them ar these also know as oil breathers. also wat is a carbon blast one of the workshops wants to do it to me motor ccan someone please exsplane it to me

Didn't you ask them in the workshop about them? If they want you to spend money on something, don't be afraid to ask them what it is, how it works, what it does exactly and so on. There's no such thing as a dumb question and don't worry about feeling stupid cos you're asking questions. It's a good way to test them as well. If they can't give you a clear and explanitary answer then do you really want them doing stuff to your car that they don't even understand properly?
