ignore the lumpy cam sound im curious to know what the hell that tinny metal banging sound was.... it was coming from the auto

any ideas on what it is? (the MAP sensor hose blew off.. thats why its lumpy lol... i wish that was normal though and that wasnt me that made that sound at the end either lol)

I think it's just your exhaust banging on something due to the nasty idle or the exhaust itself. Sounds like hollow metal banging on something...so that's why i assume your exhaust.

catalytic converter maybe?

it doesnt sound like a loose flexplate, as that makes more of a knocking noise
