Hey guy's, Are the shift patterns for a EF Tickford Fairmont Ghia 4.0L Auto different to a standard fairmont ECU, or would I be better getting a EF XR6 auto ECU.

EF2 Fairmont Ghia (XR engine) shift patterns are not as aggressive as the XR6's.
They comprise of the XR fuel map, that's about all.

Thanks for the reply Krytox, Just wanted to know because I can pick up a 4TBD reasonably cheap to replace my Fairmont ECU which is playing up.
