my ef v8 is overheating i replaced the thermostat a few mth ago and waterpump was replaced a year ago. only overheates when starting and stopping alot or sitting on the driveway idoling. could the be a blocked radiator? if so how much would a radiator set me back? or any other advice to cool it down. also it leaks coolant out of the overflow pipe when it warms up so most of the time its sitting under minimum in the tank. any ideas?

flush the radiator and get a new radiator cap. the spring in the caps tend to go over time and leak out pressue/steam,water from the overflow.just drop the top and bottom hoses of the radiator and put a hose in there you will see soon enough if the rad itself is blocked.
