Yeah I've used the stuff.

But not everyone agrees on whether its good/bad for your engine. There's a lot of controversy surrounding the issue lol...

At 74,000km it should be nice and clean, and I wouldn't risk it. I'd just keep up the regular changes with the Mobil 1.

My EL has just hit 200,000k i have always used Helex in mine. Maybe it is time for a change, i have never have any problems with the engine. the rocker cover has NEVER had to come off. So, on that what would you guys recon on a new oil for the car. 200,000k always driven hard. what is your suggestion ?

Just did an oil change before Easter to Amsoil 10 W40 In my ED I6 including filter with an engine flush (Amsoil also)

For $65.00 for 6 Litres and 40,000 Km (recommended oil change intervals by Amsoil) between oil changes, whats better Mobil or Amsoil ??

Has better technical properties than Mobil synthetic.

Go Figure

Just change it frequently and you'll have no troubles...
