This is what the aftermarket bush setup should look like in a quick drawing i made. I didnt add the K frame or the crush tube.

Also is a pic of the actual Super Pro kit which does contain washers for rear bush.

The SuperPro kit definately does have washers for the rear bushes, but the Nolathane doesn't. What I might do though is get some washers and fit them and give that a go.
