Would there be any difference between the converter in my eb xr8 and the converter from an nc fairlane.

As in stall speed or just fitting in general ? if in general there the same...

Yep should have said stall speed.

i think stall speed is the same but not 100% sure on that.Better off get high stall off ebay there fairly cheap too
