my experience is ... save the coin and do it right the first time. sounds like you could benefit from new headers ' Pacemakers' ... than cats, resonator and muffler. on my ute ... im running Pacemaker Comp, tuned hi flow cats, merge into 3" single... than I ve got a mid hotdog resonator ending ... |

I believe the way forward is to buy an entry level FG ute and install your own aftermarket engine. You will save so much $$$ and have a car that is truely your own.
I own a Ford Ute with an aftermarket engine and I absolutely love it.

The V8 ute is an Aussie icon. To not understand how someone would not want a high performance variation is beyond me.
The upshot is ... In 2016 we will be getting right hand drive mustangs. I will be saving my coin for that |

Thanks :-)) As far as I know the factory AU HBalancer is the only one available and measures in at 145 mm and I'm not sure if the ASP WP pulley that measured in at 152mm would actually fit ... As its already tight now with the 144 mm (5.7 in ) WP pulley Anyways - I think its a viable option for any ... |

Oh yes - just to reconfirm... Whilst I too, though the AU pulley system was under driven it turns out whilst the HB is smaller than the e series its still not and under driven set up. AU ford HB is 145mm and the WP pulley is 114 mm ... Consider that with the e series aftermarket ASP - where the HB i... |

Hi and thanks for the excel pulley sheet. It was interesting to read though I'm not 100 % I understood it all:-)) Regardless - I replaced your factory AU WP measurement of 114 mm with my aftermarket measurement of 144 mm which dropped the ratio down from 71% to 65 % ... Which is still no where near ... |

Hi Guys - found reading through this pulley post interesting, and I'm hoping someone with experiance can assist :-)) Situation - I've brought and installed an aftermarket WP pulley that measures 5.7in which is the same measurement as my AU HBalancer. The after market WP was a flow cooler and when it... |

Yeap - fun for sure :D steep learning curve though. Placed my order yesterday for QH / BE / EEC analyzer and LC 1 with sensor ... Which was another $720 out the door ...! Though I've really enjoyed reading all the 101 tech docs on eectuning.org and its starting to make sense ... But than I read some... |
