Please help me. I'm working towards removing the head. Rocker gear is off. VCT solenoid holder (The alloy thing on the front of the head with the Tickford badge) is off. The chain tensioner has been completely removed. On other OHC engines at this stage I would remove the sprocket from the cam but I...
