FTR's on el xr's with ticky kit look good .
There not FTR's on the au. I think their called ninja stars or something lol

yeah nar they are not ftr's lol well i couldnt really bargain much with him because it was advitised for 5300 before they paid the reg now it has 12 months reg and paid 5k for it so bargained down 300 needs afew little bit like boot struts rear left window switch machine the front brakes but knowing me ill end up just changing em, and a nice buff/polish on the out side lol

Mine too lol I was gonna do it today but was too cold and windy. I'll polish it after it's back from the panel beaters

hahaha yeah last time i polished my car with kittens it came up nice a month has past now and you can see all white marks where i missed wiping it off lmaoo.and ive never used a buffer so i guess time to practice on it too lmaoo

i just made my own shift kit hahaha came up alright knocks into second pretty good but has to be high in revs.took off in the rain just before, slapped second and was facing the other side of the road lol i can feel it knock into third but not that hard.is there any way to get it to knock into gear harder?

i used this way: gearbox-suspension-brake-driveline-f4/shift-kit-do-it-yourself-t2378.html

and i wired it up to the on/off/on or its the on/on switch not 100% sure but it only works when i turn it to one side to get it working.then when i put it in the middle or oposite side it doesnt work.just changes normal.

If you want it harder you'll have to cut the s3,s4 solenoids at the ecu. And earth the ecu side using a resistor . I did it to my ef and a mates au and it f**k his diff lol.
If you are going this way I'd put it on a switch .

Or a combination of this method and the shift kit.

i wouldnt have a clue how to do that.lmaoo i just mainly want a harder kick into second hahaha but its still better like this then before.i can see why they didnt make this factory lol

Yer people would be sueing ford cos of neck injuries haha.
If you drive it slow it won't shift that hard . But if your on the throttle and revs are high it shifts harder

So you dont have a dial ??
Mine had a dial .

I don't think you'll get more kick with a dial. Youll be able to turn it down but I'm not sure about up.

o then screw it.lol nar i dont have a dial its just wired up to a switch lol flick the switch and the shift kit works.lol all well its alright for now.till i get the high staall.this just saves me going and buying a mechanical shift kit lol.saved $350
