FIrstly its 1988 EA Wagon GL with factory 5 spd
the day we drove it back from yass ( about 2 years ago ) 
Today it gets a Engine transplant , the doner motor n box is comming out of my old Grey EL , The EL motor got removed yesturday so now i need to get the EA motor n box and start swapping manifolds and pully's over . 
As for Body mods ill be fitting up LTD panels off the DC LTD , including power windows and Electric seat base's .

The lane front end on the old coon' looks pretty good mate. Heard plenty of gunna's about doin this mod, now it's done
I take it the rego finally ran out on the DC eh Dave?

Is the Lane / LTD front end conversion only for wagons? Has anyone done it to a Sedan?
The LTD front really demands authority... hehe it is a pretty tuff front for the 90's. |

it was the only best front untill the EL XR then it went down hill from there

the lane fronts will fit sedans and wagons, as you can see from the first pics, the wagon has a sedan/falcon front end.
interesting mod.. you should put the whole EL interior and loom into the wagon |
