Maybe upgrade ur extractors to Defillipo's while ur there as well as they seem to be better on a worked windsor engine

woot got some done today....was given permission to enter the shed got the manifold on AND REMOVED BATTERY TRAY FOR THE CHARGER N ALSO GOT THE NEW ROCKER COVERS ON.. WOOT MAYBE GET SOME MORE DONE ON TUES :lol: :lol: :lol:

Fitting a solid spacer on pinion helps them handle decent power..
The std spacer is collapsible and sure does !!
When these diffs fails its usually the pinion bearings failing first then
the pinion tries to climb around crownwheel..
The 9" has a support bearing on BOTH ends of the pinion..

yea been busy bee got wiring hidden under the guards and bracket removed for the new one to mount the charger to :) also relocated the oil cooler to the left hand side under the guard with the fan relays :) rewelded the exhaust up ready to bolt up and got the fuel lines out to get -6 an fittings welded to them so can run up to 80 psi fuel pressure through the stock fuel lines moved battery to boot :P :P :P here some pics
