Are you having any trouble with the T5 yet Jeff, or is she all still pretty tight? You're not driving the ute daily are you?

Nah no trouble as yet. Reverse has been noisy since i got it as has the 2nd gear synchro been rooted. Bit of input shft play too, which i noticed when box was out. Apart from that its not too bad. She's still running the Castrol Transmax-Z that has only done about 4000k's. Im pretty suprised how long the box has lasted being behind the Extreme Ceramic clutch, guess i have just been lucky.
The definately isnt a daily driver. It comes out probly once or twice a week, but when it does it doesnt get driven the nicest possible way, but saying that i do not thrash it, i didnt spend all the time, cash and effort to go out and give it a royal hiding.
I've had the ute for almost 2 years and got it at 108,000ks, it has now done 119,000k's.

Haha, that's amazing... I'd do 11,000km in 2 or 3 months. At that rate I'd say the big girl would be good for at least 4 more years ;)

Oh yeah, the forecast for this week is rain from Wednesday throughout the rest of the week. I think I hear tomorrow night calling you.

Yeah, the box dude. The ute itself will be able to go in a museum in about 50 years still looking the same I recks

Haha, yeah i dunno i drive it each time like its the box's last day.
I'd hope in 50 years time the ute would go into a museum looking abit sweeter than she does now ;)

Not really. The cheap a** ones on the back now actually gave me my best ever 60ft time. Its just that they dont have a helluva lot of tread on them now.
I might just get a nice set of 225/50's put onto my FTR's and try them out down the strip.
