baught one of these the other day,
 just showing the diffrence   and now where it sits in the car,  feels great, about 4 inchs of travel between 1st to 2nd, so i can have my fingers open and pull it though into the palm of my hand and be in 2nd gear, |

internal timing, i tried re loading the tune incase it'd f**k, but itd up and it gave a ripper of a backfire, it had a massive cloud of black smoke out the back and almost equal comming out the throtle body
|

apprently ba's had a common fault of the tentions f**k up and losing tention, so i've ripped the tappent cover off and the chains got abbut the about 4mm of movement but none of the valves seem to be depressed as if they're bent

Bent valves again? Go see msp and see if he can get you turbo valves they are much stronger And let's see you bend them buggers

They will always bend. ...pistons traveling pretty quick. Also if you read correctly hes not sure whats f**k yet but the cam chains loose.....

I did read it cause he's asked me to take him to go get the comp tester but that's what he did with his last motor was the timing chain slipped and bent his valves so I was just guessing somthing simmaler has occurred

bry was just saying how valve will be no matter what, ss this bent his when his timming was wrong with his cams
