Yeah VZ SV6 1/4 in over 16s. The VE is a fair chunk quicker, some are as quick as a high 14, but most range between 15.3-15.5. Some do 14.5 apparently, but I'd assume that they have exhaust and intake etc or are ex police (so they have a police tune which is little bit quicker).

Stainless headers would sound weird i'd imagine?
For $60 more, you can get the 4500's (only for the FG).

yeah that sounds about right, fg and ve stock 6's are pretty bloody close...

i dont know, never personally seen a common car with stainless headers to be able to compare with mild headers...
its $90 more once you factor in post from VIC (the stainless are from paddington in bris, so i can just pick them up myself). hmm 4500 would be nice, but i am a tight a** lol plus stainless... hmm... bling factor in the engine bay lol

i thought you were talking about extractors in a can... i was like :shock: WHAT!

hmm yeah, i would do it black to stay with the black and red theme... hmm decisions decisions... who knows might just stay away from the exhaust and finish the sound system... hmm... i hate my mind sometimes...

Depends what you prefer to listen toooo. Music is always good cus you can turn it off and change it. Personally when I got my exhaust I wanted the quietest system cus they drone (which it does not really get at all) of most 6cyl (enter V6 commodore) sounds s**t.

I think maybe go sound system...as I dont think an exhaust will make a massive difference straight away. People look at my car funny cus it looks grandma spec but has an exhaust....fail.

isnt it being done this friday? i wont see it before friday... im confused...


also... im going to risk some cheap audio gear so i can just get my system in the car and up and running... i can always upgrade later i guess. im just sick of my crap sitting around in the shed annoying my aunt and uncle. so im going to hopefully get it done SOON... just gotta get my cousin to fab up the boxes and then wiring nightmare time :p
