UPDATE:

I've been driving the past 2 days and ive confronted a couple of problems:

1. car idles at around 800rpm but once driving the idle will hold at about 1200rpm, wich makes it hard to stop the car (braking distance increased) and even bigger problem is when i go from drive to reverse it crunches big time Question is how can this be fixed (if it can be fixed)

2. the car has a knock and i cant work out where its coming from, it almost sounds like a diff knock and at first i thought maybe pinion agle, but the knock is intermittent and sometimes starts when im braking and sometimes stops when im braking ???

was just looking at my car and noticed 1 of the wheel nuts was missing... so i went over all of them... the average wheel had 2 holding and the rest were loose (now that scares the f**k outta me) ive tightened them all and will keep an eye out, could possibly have been the knock i was getting

was this on the back? i had a mate's car do the same after changing from a standard diff to a 9" something to do with the thread on the lug's...the nut's kept self loosening!
