I'm kind of curious as to what sort of calamity could cause this car to be sold.. the fella seemed very gung ho... had a new kid.. lost job.. needs money for operation etc etc... of have I missed something? I suspect it would have to be something pretty serious so I hope he is ok.

Does anyone know if it would be possible to legaly get this car on the road? a lot has been done to it. I would be very worried about an engineer would say about it.

don't know about the engine choices he made, or the dash, but the EL front end shouldn't be that much hassle since Ford themselves did it for the EF/EL....

That assumes that the welding and work was done properly, but since he worked in a body shop, I'm guessing it was...
