Today the 5.0 is officially retired. The factory 5.0 will be dissassembled and i have a buyer for the top end. Work will commence on the 427 very very soon.

No worries data, but it will be NA for the time being. The motor will be built with 9.0:1 comp, in anticipation of the blower going on later.

Initially it will be NA with some gas, then it will be blown probably with a Novi 2000. The aim is for 1000rwhp with the blower and/or gas, what ever it takes

So what rear end are you gonna stick in it to take 1000rwhp (~750KW), + the associated torque of a blown/gassed 'big block'?

35spline 9inch with discs and the ability to retain ABS of course. The gearbox is another question though. 6 Speed manual or 2/3speed auto. Still havent decided

The manual would be a lot of fun but I reckon the driveability would be much better with the auto.
I want a ride in this thing when its finished!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
