it should be putting out about 200 rwkw I'm very happy with that.. (for now)..

As for the sump, I used a air chizel to poke a hole, then opened it out with a larger punch then got another punch larger again to open it out enough to tap a thread into it I used a 3/4 BSP tap. but before I attacked the sump on my car I got an old sump to test and perfect it.. Took me three of for times before I got it right..

I did think about moving the battery, but not like the idaa of runing the wireing, it was much easier making up the piping..

I've fitted up me intake Sat.. and took some mates for a strap sat night (they were very impressed :D ) am still getting some slight pinging, I think I will have to set the timing to 8deg and see how that goes.. once iv'e worked out the issues with timing i'll put it over the rollers and see what the ol girls got 8-) ...

Here are some progress pic's of the intake (ignore the dust  and zip ties, I need to fab up another bracket)..

bugger all heat soak over the top of the rad there, the air is not spending enouugh time standing to cause soak issues, he will he getting higher temps at the turbo thats for sure, but not much higher, besides the cooler will take care of most of the excess temps, however, why was teh battery not moved to the boot? I would be more concerned about the increase temps on the battery. marginal yeah, but batterys can get pretty hot on their own, I just transplanted the battery to the boot and picked up air from where the battery was.

i asked him that before he said he didnt want the hassle of putting in the boot and it was just easier to make the pipe up
