Holy poo! Not good news Waggin. You do know that a SC is supposed to be an air pump and not a water pump don't you! Dang!

The only other option was out the bonnet. No room with blower and 90mm MAF.

Go the Dart and be done with it.
Otherwise you will end up doing it in the end and be spending more money.
Spend once and spend wisely.

Haha..

Well, Joe is unwrapping the 347 to see what state its in. It survived a workshop fire prior to me purchasing it, so it had a bit of surface rust. Not sure whats inside really.

I've also got my eyes on a Dart block for a 363 combo and some AFR 205cc heads in the US. Just working out the shipping costs

Well I did some tossing up between the AFR205cc and the AFR185cc CNC Competitions. Everything pointed toward the 185cc for street engine. A little powerlost up the top but will be great down low.

While shopping in the US I thought it may be worthwhile looking at the Kenne Bell blowers. If I go down this path, I'm guessing I'll need something a little bigger with 10psi off idle.

Dart 363 Cube w/ Kenne Bell Blowzilla @ 10psi. The question is what heads?!

Hi Waggin. Sorry to hear about the current state, but it looks like you have some exciting options ahead! My understanding for research done quite a while ago, the KB on a Windsor has no intercooling options. Is this still the case? Good luck with what ever option you go with - watching with interest of course.

In support of the AU LTD brigade, I can confirm that my big girl with little Ticky 342 Windsor was more than competitive on the weekend against some later B series GT-Ps in a spirited run. I cannot imagine what your beast will be capable of! Happy times ahead. Eventually.

Good luck
Stu

Yeah, gotta look on the bright side. It's just brought forward plans that I had for the next 12 months. A shame that 2 years of being off the road and I only get to enjoy one weekend for all the pain and misery.

You're right about there being no intercooling options on the KB - but the charge from the PD blowers is much cooler than the centrifugal anyway, so it's not the end of the world.

There are Intercooler options for the KB, have seen a couple for sale on Corral.

although they appear to be custom.
