looking at the wheels wednesday after work grandmas funeral is thursday....unsure whats happening with the wheels tho first dad said he was loaning me the money now he say there probably not worth it :roll:

i removed the panel in the tray today and im going to cut it in half tomorrow then bolt the fuel tank side back down and get some hinges for the side to be used for storage.

boyer just some casual cleaning been there since december last year but dont really get enough work :P

Ah righto, they do look a bit bigger now that I look at them. Even though they're a modern large alloy I reckon they look good on and old muscle car.

yea thats something thats starting to turn me off lol plus i need to buy some hub adapters aswell and 2 need tyres so by the time i get them on the car may cost a little and it will also be 4X4 spec :P

How much do you need to extend the offset by? I removed a set of hub adapters from the EF wagon. I'm not sure what the sizes were, but i think they were pretty thin..

most hub adapters ive seen for au onwards wheels onto pre au have been fairly thick.

im not to sure what to do now :P

Yeah same, I think the difference between pre-AU and AU is about 36mm or something. The ones I've got are about 10mm, maybe more or less.

I think they were only on the EF because the studs on the later E series were longer so the previous owner could use lugs that didn't have enough depth..

yea sounds about right. the more i think about it i think old school wheels would be a better choice

not to fussed really i like the ones one your ute (dunno what they are) dragways, 12 slotters, hot wires etc sad thing is they dont pop up tp often.
