here is my 3rd. Still haveing trouble and relised my wire feed nob was loose, so i fixed that.

here is my k.frame with the factory welds.. I love how the weld stops in the middle then gose again

All these welds that start thin on 1side and end up realy thick on the other, welds that are missing the middle part of the weld.

Look at that hudge tack weld then very little weld the rest of the way.. I mean if these are skilled welders welds then mine are pro as :mrgreen:

These 2weld are so different from them selfs from 1side to the other and also totaly different to each other.

that looks like my welding most of the time ..... not the start . . but the rest :roll: your using gasless mig yeah :?:

haha ye the start was alittle rough ay :oops: ye that was no gas :D .. I will have a few more practice runs with out the gas only coz its cheaper :) and the gas i got only makes a clean weld. The weather has been pritty crap here but yesterday i managed to get my engine bay cleaned up sanded along with sum wax and greese remover. Today i may cut the bar on my k.frame and prep it for welding. I want to paint the bay and k.frame at the same time so i only have to clean the gun once. Im also going to cut the heater pipe off the eb engine and use it to make 1pipe to run arround the back of the bf engine, so if i get eny leaks they will be easy to get to.

I been bizzy the last week or so :D I got sick of waiting for the spair k.frame so between the wet and dry days its been abit hard to do thing, I also have rego next month so i kinda gota get a move on.. I did my k.frame painted my engine bay black and put all new rubber bushings and ball joints on the front end.
