I am looking for recomendations for a diagnostic tester that works on AU falcons. In particular I would like one that can do a BCM parameter reset and add new keys (where I have no existing keys). Previously I have been recomended MaxiDiag US703 but I do not know if these do the parameter reset and key learning that I particularly need to this point in time.

check with snapon up to BA after this you require security access on ford internet or alternatively look at replacement with security removed

Without needing to Program, you can get any OBD2 reader, and use FORSCAN. Total cost $14 or so.

FORSCAN has some facilities for Testing and Coding, but as I dont have the BCM installed in my car I cant tell you what it allows you to do.
Forscan is Free.
