Hi guys I am trying to find out how to adjust the head lights in my Xr6, I have been unable to ascertain where the adjusters are for low beam for up/down, I can move them left/right but they are too high at the moment.
I have a copy of the workshop manual but as per normal the Ellery's manual is useless as it only shows the location for the adjusters for the standard lights. So if anybody can supply a pic or a good description I would greatly appreciate it. Cheers...

i prosume the little screws top and bottom ( 4 of them) are the adjustment

Drivers side, keep car running and remove battery. If alternator is fine then car will run no problems. Same deal, the lower adjusting screws accessible after battery removal. Can put battery back on with negative connected first then positive or turn off engine and connect as normal. Ford couldn't even adjust mine, sent me a refund cheque. All up, takes a few hours if you are a perfectionist like me. And if you were in Sydney, i would come over to help as it is such a s**t job, changing globes on these cars especially high beams requires removal as well as above mentioned Cheers, I will have a look. Gab Gab Yep, way i did it was crude and rude but does work Jumper lead way better for the car Yeah, but with that being said, sounds like something I'd do lol, I've pulled the battery out many times with the engine running lol.
