hey i'm getting a au2 tomorrow that doesn't have the pad so i want to get a second key and pad but if i can get flip key that would be great is that possible

I think flip key came out with BF models onwards.

You are getting an AU2. EB to AU 1.5 has a different security system to AU2 onwards.

Correct AU2 on uses smartshield. I think with the BF ford started making the keys Flat as opposed to the older style tibby key. Thats when the flip key option became available as a factory accessory.

No probs. Also the keypads between AU and B series are incompatable too.
