I have a xf ute and the speedo has shat its self it just sits on 0 when I drive then every now and they it bounces around a few numbers then goes back to 0 its a digital dash and the trip meter goes really really slow I did a 1000km on the weekend and it reakons Ive done 94 and has not click over the 1000 mark. any help would be great thank u

My ED did exactly this...

The transducer wore out a little and got a touch stiff and result of that was the spiral gear in the extension housing chopped half the teeth off the gear on the transducer...

One new transducer and gear later it was right as rain...
