Hi,
Hoping someone might know the answer to this one.
I have a 2013 Territory TS and having an electrical issue.
The rear door on the drivers side has stopped locking. All other doors and boot lock without issue.
When you open the problem door when the car is lock all other doors unlock.

I thought it might be a faulty actuator but then noticed another issue on the same door with the electric window. I can open and close the window on the problem door but not using the drivers window controls. (drivers controls work for all other windows)

I can't hear the door lock actuator on the problem door when I lock and unlock the car but then again can't hear the drivers door actuator either and that door locks fine.

Any ideas before I take to Ford.

drivers window switch 'maybe' a carbon build up internally as my AU does it bad on the front passenger window.

Check connections at "B" pillar under rubber boot for corrosion/burnt terminals.
Swap front and rear window switches to verify switch works.
Bit fiddly but you can clean main switch contacts or replace with a switch from wreckers.

Remove door trim and check for actuator operation and use a test light or multimeter to test for power and earth when you operate remote control.

Note.roll door lock with a screw driver should allow you to work with the door open.
Actuator that is not working will open other doors
also check if child locks are off so handle on inside works while testing.
