Hi Guys.
I just got myself some new head lights for my EF

Image

I need to get globes for them. And i want better ones then the stock ones you can buy.
But i also don't want to burn the new lenses.

I have seen these

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/FORD-FAIRMONT-GHIA-XD-XE-XF-EA-EB-ED-EF-EL-AU-BA-BF-BLUE-H4-XENON-100W-GLOBES-/251045197390?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item3a7375b64e

And i have seen kits also
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/55W-H3-HID-XENON-SLIM-KIT-FORD-FALCON-EL-EF-XR6-8-HIGH-BEAM-/230679062651?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item35b58b287b

what i would like is some advice on what would be the best to use or any other items that would do the same job but cheaper..and how hard are the kits to install ( i am not very good when it comes to car electrical stuff.

And you get stuff like this written about the globes H3-5000k
I have no idea what that means...sorry guys i guess this is stupid questions.

thanks
Lucion

1)
A: Link one wont fit, they're H4's.
B: Buy s**t, Get s**t.
C: 90watt is too much for crappy EF/L headlights.

2)
A: Much better, But don't expect amazing results. EF/L Reflectors are crap, they just throw light in a basic direction if that.

B: 5000K is the color in Kelvin.

If you want Fast and Furious Rice style get 5000K and above.
4300 is the best imo.

Realistically, if you want good lights get some Philips +100, Crystal Vision or the older Blue VisionĀ®

I use Phillips Xtreme +100, off ebay round $45 delivered.

Also recommend Osram 100+ as well (usually imported but cheap)

Sweet thanks for that mate I will have a look at them :)
