hey all
i have a xr6t motor with a auto loom and im trying to connect it to my 6sp manual gear box, i was just seeing if anyone knows if i can wire it up using the auto loom or do i need to get a 6 sp loom also are the ecu different between the two? any help would be great cheers

I'm looking at doing the same thing.

From what I have found out, you will need to get the PCM coded to be a manual.. the loom you should be able to hack. You'll need a reverse lockout wired up, but it's apparently not that difficult.

I'm about to by a mongoose pro cable and a FMP subscription with a friend so we can do our own codes because I'm slowly converting my BA into a BA II High series dual ACC, color ICC etc, want to make it a T56 while I am at it.

If you don't mind my asking, what did you get your T56 for?

i payed $2000 for a used one from a wreckers place down in vic postage was cheap to toowoomba can let u know a contact if u want email joshuakilah@gmail.com ill help ya out

also i have worked out the reverse cables its the other plug i have no idea what its for is it for speed wheel or oil pressure? or something else.
