Just wandering if the eb xr8 ecu 1DGA be swapped for some other ecu

thinking of swapping if i can't get the same 1 as i can't even start my car now and before it was running but with problems and i have changed just about every sensor and also the fuel side of things and still nothing.
Going to to try the self diagnosis again and see what happens

Scan for KOEO & memory fault codes. Check for spark and fuel delivery on cranking.

Hi i did the KOEO and first code was 70 which in the book tells me that it is a 5.0litre short wheelbase auto and the ecu serial number then all the other codes come up with 11 so it's not the ecu then, any other ideas

Check fuel and spark on cranking.

just had the scanned by a mechanic and the ecu is no good so now i am trying to chase an ecu
