AU injectors have a 4 spray pattern where as E Series injectors are a single jet. There are no performance gains, you will find response a little better and possibly some small improvement in fuel economy due to the better spray pattern.

BA injectors are 29lbs/hr iirc, AU are 19lbs/hr, BA will fit in, but run rich as f**k!

i think the only reason i found a difference in my au injectors being installed is because i gave them a home job clean up before installing them and my original ef ones were probably shagged.

i found mine a little bit more responsive on the throttle, but that could have been because of the same thing (clean vs dirty) or it could have been a placebo! lol

according to that they are 14lbs/hr but yeah i thought they were 21lbs, but then someone said that was tested at 350kpa, and they would be around 19lbs at 300/275kpa

							E series are 19lb, AU are 20lb and B series are 29lb.
Au will work wekk with the E series ECU & fuel system, 29lber's will be too big and overfuel the system without the ECU being chipped and the injectors rescaled. |

From memory its about $30 an injector to have them professionally cleaned, but its been a while. Theres a bloke on ebay who has genuine Au injectors refurbished on an exchange basis and will take the E series ones as the exchange. I think I got a set of au's off him for about $100 about 12 months ago, still going strong. |
