Hi guys, can anyone tell me how to change fuel sender unit in a BA sedan, bloody tank is choke full of petrol-I thought once the pump unit came out it would be simple like the early model falcons, please somebody anybody done one of these could they give me an idea how this thing is mounted in the tank, any help would be greatly appreciated, cheers, Johnny.

Ok got the sender out changed it-put it back together-worked fine for about 30 seconds-needle dropped back to empty and started beeping at me again, so I'm assuming th a problem somewhere else, anyone had a problem like this? , cheers, Johnny.

Anybody?bueller?bueller?, keeps coming on & working for a few seconds then drops & beeps then rinses and repeats, when I bought the car for the misses the previous owner had put an XR cluster in it and have had problems with the cluster lights not working so that could have something to do with it,if anyone has any ideas I'm all beers/i meant ears, cheers, Johnny.

try removing fuses 27 and 29 for 10 seconds to reset instruments
