Hey guys, just trying to sort out my reverse lights, but have no power coming off the white and red wire from the inhibitor switch-I checked my pinouts and there is a B30 pin reverse gear sensor 140C-but I'll be buggered if I can find it, any body know if this pin has any control of the reverse lights working,any help would be extremely helpful-will post up results once I've worked it out either way, cheers guys, Johnny.

p.s, forgot to mention this is in a XG Ute
p.p.s I probably should have put this in the auto trans section (honestly didnt know where to put it)
Edit:have adjusted the cable a few times to see if that was the problem but still no power-can someone verify if the reverse wires from the inhibitor switch are white and red/red and black, cheers, Johnny.

ok so the answer was the question, power comes from 30 on the ignition relay to the RB wire on switch and WR to the reverse lights

have you checked the reverse fuse - does your ac work correctly - check wire socket at left rear of engine

Hi Ted, the reverse through the inhibitor switch needed power from the ignition relay through a 15 amp fuse (through the new fuse box I put in for the Barra)-then I just had to find the correct wire to the lights, still need a/c lines made up and will use the xg ECU for control, cheers, Johnny.
