Does any one know any good companies that supply a half decent Sports chip? And what sort of power increase are we looking at?

Can highly recommend ChipTorque. Any power gains will depend on your individual vehicle no matter what the chip/tune.

Easiest thing would be to read the chip challenge at http://www.aufalcon.com/aufalcon.htm (the chips will fit e-series too, not just the AU).

I have one and and think it is fantastic.
