Ecu Query

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hey guys

My mech picked up a s1 xr6, september 98 model

Vct + 5spd, Heritage green

For wrecking

Just wondering if i was to grab the manual conversion out of it and put it in my car, if i will be able to use the ecu for the manual side of things and it will not affect any other operation of the car, also would i have to swap dashes

Not worrying about the electric windows or the fancy stuff.

Mine being a march 99 build, smartlock

cheers

Only problem I can see is the ECU as you have said is from a VCT I6

You might have to find a Manual ECU.... Non VCT
