I thought abbreviations couldn't get any worse  Anyway, yes you can run a standard cam in a Tickford head. EDIT: Assuming both cams are E-series spec. If this is going into your EL (according to your profile you have an EL), make sure it doesn't have a hybrid engine in there. If it does, then you have to use the rocker assembly with the standard cam off the hybrid and transfer both onto the EF Tickford head. Hope that helps.
