Hey everyone, ive got a 97 el falcon and recently ran outa fuel on my way home. after i got the car home, the next day i put around 30liters of fuel into the tank, tried to start it and no go!! ive left it sitting for a week now and it still dosnt wanna click over.
Ive tried to tip a lil fuel into the throttle body to get it pumping threw and it fires up straight away then stalls agian. doas anyone know what is wrong ??

sounds like youve either got a blocked fuel filter, or fuel pump.

can you hear the pump going when you first click the car to the ON position?

Yah i can deffs hear the fuel pump whinning when i turn the key

check fuel pressure then if its definitely working

swap out the fuel filter, under the rear passenger side. most likely really gunked up

Should cost about $15
