Injectors can be cleaned! If you ever need them again!
But the scenario that YOU presented was using LPG 100% of the time! In that case you would not give a s**t about the injectors clogging! You relise that injectors still get dirty and that on cars that drive on petrol all the time. And it's not like your engines gunna blow up because the injectors are clogged!

Why would there have to be a different component in the ECU for Egas? LPG runs on a carby system - it's not like EFI were it has sensors and s**t everywere!

What about those people who have thier cars on "Straight Gas" systems? Isn't the entire fuel system removed and straight gas fitted to the vehicle?

Specially designed LPG tanks made to replace the petrol tank would be mounted so it looks stock - and not a botchy rice job.

With an EA sedan, you may get a shallower boot or need higher suspension fitted to allow ground clearance for the PLG tank(s).

If you look into the AU and BA falcons the boot is slightly raised up and there is a dinky space saver in the boot.

The falcons that run on straight LPG have no fuel system at all, no injectors, fuel rail etc, as do the magnas. The magnas have the gas tank behind the back seat and still have the spare in the boot.

I was looking at an XP panel van today on dual fuel and the gas tank was the full width of the van sitting behind the back seat, had to be 100L at least.

Can be removed or left in and disconnected - the petrol system that is when going dedicated LPG.
