yes map sensor from eb to el are the same, and the tfi is on the side if the dizzy,

well my map sensor and tfi are connected, can the tfi become faulty easily? could a faulty tfi cause this problem? (limp mode)?

if my thermo fans are not connected to the cpu can it cause the problem that i am having?

I'd be very surprised if it did, because afaik all the ecu does is to trigger the relays to turn the fans onto the appropriate speed when the coolant temp signal says it's time to turn them on.

i pulled the dizzy out and it is rooted there was movment and the cylinder was rubbing on the signal, now i believe i need a new tfi.. ill try that tomorrow and let you's know how i go

If the shaft in the dizzy is rooted, get a whole new one.

the ignition is cutting the revs out at 3.5 rpm any suggestions on why that would happen? please

If the shaft is rooted, the chopper wheel may wobble & send the wrong signal to the TFI module. Just junk that distributor, keep the gear off it & get a new distributor. Fit the original gear & then fit to your engine.

Got a new dizzy fitted it and still won't go over 4.5 rpm thonking it could be fuel now
